The Career Plants started in Lucknow with one simple observation. Good people were not getting good jobs, and good companies were not finding good people. The gap was not talent. It was information, and it was skills.
So we do three things. We recruit for companies, which pays the bills. We train people in the skills those companies actually ask for. And we sit with students and job seekers who feel lost, and we help them make a plan.
We never charge a candidate a rupee for a job. Companies pay our fee. That keeps us honest, because our job is to find the right person for the role, not to sell anything to the person who needs work.
