The rules for using this website and our services.
By using this website you agree to the points below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The Career Plants is a recruitment, training and career guidance company based at B4/173, Hamman Road B, Vijayant Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226010.
We list jobs on behalf of hiring companies. We check that each company is real and that the role exists.
We cannot promise that a listed role will still be open when you apply. Companies close roles, fill them internally, or put them on hold, sometimes without telling us the same day.
Applying for a job on this website does not create any contract of employment with us or with the hiring company.
We never charge a job seeker for a job, an interview, a shortlist or a placement. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay, and call us on +91 6307317662.
Training courses are a separate, paid service. The fee for each course is shown clearly on its page before you enquire.
When you use our forms you agree that:
No honest institute can guarantee employment. We provide placement support: resume work, mock interviews, and sending your profile to hiring companies. We do not promise a job offer, a salary figure, or a joining date.
Most events are free. Where an event has a fee, it is shown on the event page. Seats are limited and given in order of registration. We may change the date or move an event online. If we do, we will tell every registered person.
Our recruitment fee, notice period and replacement terms are set out in the service agreement we sign with you. Nothing on this website replaces that agreement.
The text, design, logo and images on this website belong to The Career Plants, except for stock photographs which are used under licence. Please do not copy our course material or article text without asking us first.
Some pages link to other websites. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site correct and up to date. We are not responsible for a loss that follows from a decision you made based only on this website. Please check important details with us directly.
We may update this page. The date at the bottom shows the last change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
