About the Role
About the role
You will write four to six pieces a week. Most are 900 to 1500 word blog posts. Some weeks you will write landing pages or an email sequence instead.
We give you a brief with the keyword, the audience and the outline. You do the research and the writing. An editor reviews every piece.
Fully remote
You can work from anywhere in India. We have one team call on Monday and one on Thursday. The rest of the week is yours to plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Write four to six long form pieces every week from a given brief
- Do your own research and cite real sources, not made up ones
- Follow the SEO brief for keywords, headings and internal links
- Rewrite copy after editor feedback without taking it personally
- Write email subject lines and short ad copy when the team needs it
- Keep a simple content tracker up to date
Requirements
- One to three years of writing for the web
- A portfolio of at least five published pieces with your name on them
- Very good written English and correct grammar
- You understand basic SEO, keywords and headings
- You meet deadlines without being chased
