About the Role
About the role
You will own five to eight open roles at any time. You source candidates, screen them on the phone, send the good ones to the client, and manage the offer.
We use Naukri, LinkedIn and our own database. You will be trained on all three in the first week.
Targets
The target is joinings, not interviews. Incentive is paid on every candidate who joins and completes 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn and the internal database
- Screen candidates on the phone for skill, salary and notice period
- Send a short written summary with every profile you submit
- Set up interviews and make sure the candidate actually turns up
- Manage the offer stage, including counter-offer risk
- Keep the applicant tracking system fully updated
Requirements
- One to four years in recruitment, agency or in-house
- You have closed at least ten roles yourself
- Comfortable making 40 or more calls a day
- Good judgement on whether a candidate will actually join
- Clear written English for profile summaries
