About the Role
About the role
You will be on site every day at a residential project of 220 flats. You supervise the labour, check the work against the drawing, and make sure the material is used correctly.
You report to the Project Manager and you work with the contractor teams directly.
Site
The project is in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. Site timing is 8 AM to 6 PM with a lunch break. Sunday is off unless there is a pour.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction work against the approved drawings
- Check the quality of concrete, steel and brickwork before it is covered
- Maintain the daily progress report and the material consumption record
- Coordinate with the contractor on labour and machine planning
- Raise material requests before stock runs out
- Support the safety officer on site safety checks
Requirements
- Two to six years on a residential or commercial site
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- You can read a structural drawing without help
- AutoCAD basics
- You are firm with contractors but professional
