About the Role
About the role
You will run one shift at our Delhi warehouse. You manage 20 to 30 staff on picking, packing and dispatch. You are responsible for the shift target and for stock accuracy.
We move about 6,000 orders a day. The peak is October and November.
Shift
Morning shift is 7 AM to 4 PM. Night shift is 10 PM to 7 AM. Shifts rotate every two weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan the shift and assign 20 to 30 staff to picking, packing and dispatch
- Hit the daily dispatch target and report any delay before the cut-off
- Run a daily cycle count and keep stock accuracy above 99 percent
- Check that every outbound truck is loaded and sealed correctly
- Enforce safety rules on the floor, including forklift zones
- Report damage, shortage and returns with photos every day
Requirements
- Two to six years in warehouse or logistics operations
- You have supervised a team of at least 15 people
- Comfortable with a warehouse management system
- Good Excel
