About the Role
About the role
You will cover a fixed retail beat in Kanpur. You visit 25 to 35 shops a day, take orders, and make sure our products are on the shelf where people can see them.
This is a field job. You will be outside most of the day. We give a fuel allowance and a company phone with the ordering app.
Walk-in interview
Walk in any weekday with your resume, a photo ID and your driving licence. We interview on the spot.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 25 to 35 retail shops every day on your assigned beat
- Take orders in the company app and confirm delivery dates
- Make sure our products are placed at eye level on the shelf
- Collect payment from credit accounts and deposit it the same day
- Add at least eight new shops to the beat every month
- Report competitor schemes and price changes to your manager
Requirements
- Zero to three years in FMCG or retail field sales. Freshers welcome
- You have a two wheeler and a valid driving licence
- You know Kanpur city roads and markets
- Comfortable talking to shop owners all day
- Basic smartphone skills
